How implant sizing really works.
Every breast has a footprint – the base width of your chest wall. An implant wider than that footprint can’t sit naturally, no matter what the CC number says. That’s rule one, and it’s non-negotiable in Dr Saba’s method.
Within your width, volume (CC) and profile (projection) shape the outcome: roughly 150–200cc adds one cup size, and a higher profile pushes volume forward instead of sideways. Your tissue quality decides how much weight the result carries gracefully over the years.
