Vaser lipo is a chirurgie done in one time only, no sessions.

       Can I go back to home the same day of chirurgie or should I need to stay overnight?

It depends on the type of the chirurgie you will do, the duration of the intervention & the type of anesthésie.

       Can I get pregnant after liposuccion or abdominoplastie?

Yes absolutely, but you should keep the good result you have by paying attention to not gain a lot of weight during the pregnancy.
