The website is operated on behalf of Dr Saba Al Marush, plastic surgeon at Valiant Clinic & Hospital, City Walk, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us: your name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, the procedure you are interested in and any message you write. Please do not include medical history in a web form; clinical information is collected only at your consultation and held in the hospital’s medical records under Dubai Health Authority rules.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the page that referred you and the approximate city, collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
- Advertising data: when you arrive from a Google Ads advertisement, Google records the click and we record whether you contacted us, so that we can measure the advertising. No medical information is shared with Google.

- To answer your enquiry, arrange your consultation and send you the information or written quotation you asked for.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To measure our advertising and understand how visitors use the site.
We rely on your consent when you send us a form or message, and on our legitimate interest in running and promoting the practice for technical and measurement data, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Who receives your data
- Our website hosting and email providers, which store form submissions and notification emails.
- Our web and marketing agency, which maintains the site and advertising on our behalf and is bound by confidentiality.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) for anonymised usage statistics and advertising measurement.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) when you choose to message us there; WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share your enquiry with other clinics or advertisers.
How long we keep it
Web enquiries and the related emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless you become a patient, in which case your details move to the hospital’s medical record system with its own retention rules. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
